Kyushu University Information Infrastructure Initiative Hosting Service
Application Form
This service accepts email addresses in the kyushu-u.ac.jp subdomain (department domain) via the Kyushu University Primary Mail Service, allowing department domain email addresses to be received simultaneously in the mailbox of the Kyushu University Primary Mail Service.
Email users are managed using an SSO-KID , reducing the burden on department administrators compared to email hosting services.

【Request Regarding the Application Form】
・Please apply for this service on an organizational basis. (One administrator account will be issued per domain.)
・Please submit the application form at least 2 weeks before the start date of use. Applications submitted shortly before the service start date may not be accommodated. Please apply well in advance.
・If you are newly applying for a domain hosting service, you must submit both the Branch LAN Administrator Notification and the Branch LAN Connection Application Form. Please submit these together with the application form for the desired service.
・If you are applying for email hosting, you will also need to submit an application for DNS hosting (for SPF and DKIM configuration). If your department operates its own DNS server, this application is not required.
・If there is a change in the hosting administrator, please submit a change request promptly. If there is a change in the domain administrator, the Branch LAN Administrator Notification Form is also required.

DNS hosting service is free.
IP Address Access Authorization Request
For security reasons, our hosting service restricts off-campus access to the administration screen (cPanel) and file uploads. If you need off-campus access for work from home or for a contractor to provide construction or maintenance, please apply using the form below.

[Important notice]
・Only Kyushu University members can apply. Please note that applications from off-campus individuals are not accepted.
・Removal of restrictions is on an annual basis. Please note that all settings will be reset at the end of the fiscal year.
・If you need to continue using the service in the next fiscal year, please apply for the next fiscal year by March.
